Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients to design tailored solutions and guide them through the implementation process
Lead the implementation of software solutions, ensuring seamless integration and adoption
Monitor project progress and address any issues, maintaining positive client interactions throughout the project lifecycle
Required Qualifications
Four to six years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor?s Degree preferred
Experience implementing or supporting a SaaS application in a client-facing role
Basic knowledge of financial statements and business concepts
Understanding of the Revenue Cycle and its major functions
