A company is looking for an Implementation & Support Engineer to join their Delivery, Implementation and Support team. Key Responsibilities Manage successful implementation and go-live support, resolving delivery issues in coordination with project managers Provide on-site product troubleshooting training to airport IT employees Deliver technical support to customers, maintaining high levels of customer service and satisfaction Required Qualifications At least 2 years of experience delivering hardware installations in airport environments Experience working in a service helpdesk and familiarity with SaaS and remote hardware support Strong working knowledge of Windows-based machines and Active Directory management Experience with networking, including installation and configuration of network switches and firewall configuration Cloud infrastructure experience with Azure and AWS is advantageous
