A company is looking for an Innovation Project Manager in Food Manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
Establish clear timelines and prioritize the implementation of new products in collaboration with R&D, Operations, and Marketing
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope
Provide sales teams with updated innovation information and ensure vendor set-ups are completed accurately
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in a role requiring significant collaboration with Functional Teams (Operations or manufacturing teams)
Familiarity with USDA processes and requirements
Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills with a Product Development and Operations-oriented mindset
