A company is looking for a Long Term Services & Support Utilization Management Technician. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate, generate, and track correspondence, faxes, and authorizations related to service review functions Interact with providers and staff to facilitate information exchange for prompt review and response Data entry of authorizations, maintenance of operational reports, and correction of authorization to claim issues Required Qualifications: High School/GED education level Minimum 1 year general office and/or customer service experience in a healthcare setting Knowledge of medical terminology 1 to 3 years of general office or customer service experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with consistent word processing speed and accuracy of 50+ words per minute
