A company is looking for an Hourly Employment Litigation Attorney with defense litigation experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution
Handle extensive discovery practice, court appearances, and depositions
Communicate with clients and provide status reports
Required Qualifications
2+ years of employment litigation and/or commercial litigation experience
JD from an ABA accredited Law School
Must be licensed to practice in Louisiana
Excellent academic credentials
Must be organized and able to work independently and collaboratively
