A company is looking for a Major Gifts Officer to prospect and manage relationships with major donors to support their initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect new major donors contributing $1,000 or more
Liaise with existing major donors to strengthen relationships and secure funding
Develop strategies to engage potential new major donors effectively
Required Qualifications
1-4 years of experience working with large donors
Experience in identifying and engaging new major donors
Demonstrated commitment to climate change and/or progressive movements
Optional experience with fundraising through in-person events or other methods
