A company is looking for a Member Services Coordinator to support patients and providers in managing virtual healthcare needs.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule consults and assist members and providers with various service offerings
Provide detailed information about benefits and coordinate care for members and patients
Document member demographics and health history while monitoring virtual consultations
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma; some college and Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred
Minimum 2 years of customer service and telehealth experience
Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Ability to work weekends and maintain an internet speed of 30MPS or higher
Knowledge of basic medical terminology
