A company is looking for a Remote Membership Manager to lead the development and delivery of its membership program.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage membership-related projects from conception to completion
Oversee the onboarding process for new members and manage the delivery of membership resources
Lead and manage Membership Coordinators to execute membership initiatives effectively
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in digital project/program management in a remote environment
Experience in digital events is desirable but not required
Proficiency in Zoom, Google Workspace, and project management tools such as Asana
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Experience in leading teams and motivating others to achieve goals
