Key Responsibilities
Manage events and ensure a holistic meeting experience in multipurpose conference rooms
Oversee and maintain all audio-visual equipment in managed spaces
Assist clients with technical support during meetings and troubleshoot equipment issues
Required Qualifications
Extensive knowledge of network connectivity and digital signal flow
Experience with modern audio-visual equipment and troubleshooting
Familiarity with laptops, projectors, microphones, and video conferencing technology
Crestron DMC-E certification and network certification preferred
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email
