Job Description - New York RN Quality Improvement Coordinator
A company is looking for an RN Quality Improvement Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Develops and implements the annual Quality Improvement Program in collaboration with the Medical Director and PACE Program Director
Coordinates quality committee meetings, prepares agendas, records minutes, and manages initiative work plans
Oversees data collection, analysis, reporting of clinical quality projects, and compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree in a related field preferred
NY License in one of the following disciplines: RN, LPN, PT, or OT
Minimum of 3 years related experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with older adults
Experience with regulatory readiness or quality improvement preferred
Competence in medical record review and data extraction
