Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media posts and campaigns to enhance online presence
Facilitate the Orphan Support Program and manage donor correspondence
Support fundraising initiatives, including event coordination and grant searches
Required Qualifications:
4-Year Degree required
3-5 years of experience in a nonprofit development department
Proficiency in CRM management and donor database tools
Experience in social media content creation and campaign execution
Familiarity with budgeting and nonprofit accounting practices
