A company is looking for a part-time nonprofit Controller to oversee financial operations and support HR and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing and payroll
Prepare monthly financial reports and support budgeting processes
Oversee HR processes and collaborate on compliance and audits
Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 5+ years of accounting/finance experience, preferably in a nonprofit environment
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Google Suite
Experience with HR platforms and employee benefits management
Familiarity with grant management and reporting is a plus
