A company is looking for an Onboarding Consultant to guide clients through the onboarding process and ensure seamless integration with their solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for new hotels and provide an overview of the onboarding process
Set up reports in client Property Management Systems (PMS) and other required systems
Manage the task process for onboarding/offboarding and maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor?s Degree or Diploma in IT from a recognized institution
3-5 years of experience in technical support or onboarding roles
Experience with JIRA or other project management tools
Competency in using Excel/Google Sheets for data calculations and lookups
