A company is looking for a Principal Technical Writer.
Key Responsibilities
Research and create customer-facing technical documentation, including User Guides and Technical Reference Guides
Participate in product training and meetings to stay updated on technologies and processes
Organize writing assignments and collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in IT, networking, telecommunications, or related fields
Proficient in Microsoft Office and TechPubs authoring tools like MadCap Flare and FrameMaker
Experience in satellite and/or TCP communications is desirable
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technical Communications, English, or related field, or equivalent experience
