Key Responsibilities
Develop user stories and acceptance criteria based on customer input and company strategy
Maintain a prioritized product backlog that reflects product vision and stakeholder needs
Lead scrum teams and ensure high-quality product design and user experience
Required Qualifications
Experience in Product Management or Development
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Experience in a customer-facing role
Bachelor?s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field
Familiarity with CRM software and customer success tools
