Job Description - Promotions and Trade Spend Director
A company is looking for an Associate Director of Promotions & Trade Spend.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of Promotions Coordinators and ensure accountability on promotional updates
Interact with brand partners to strategize on promotional changes and assist in annual promotions planning
Develop relationships with brand partners and internal teams to improve efficiency and productivity
Required Qualifications
Team management experience required
Minimum 5+ years of experience in natural foods and grocery
Solid understanding of retailer promotions and promotional discounts
A college degree strongly preferred
Proficiency in MS Office applications; experience with Asana is a plus
