A company is looking for a Proposal Specialist to support the regional RFP process.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support to the sales and marketing process by responding to formal requests for proposal (RFPs) and related requests for information (RFIs)
Manage the proposal process from initial review to the assembly of cross-functional teams and drafting proposal documents
Maintain an RFP answer database and improve the RFP process through streamlined research and messaging
Required Qualifications
Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
Experience managing multiple projects with tight deadlines and strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Healthcare and Medical Imaging experience is a plus
Experience in maintaining an RFP data response repository is a plus
