Key Responsibilities
Evaluate interpreter performance during live and recorded interpretation calls
Provide detailed feedback based on established criteria and industry best practices
Collaborate with internal teams to develop quality assurance guidelines and training materials
Required Qualifications
2 years of interpretation experience required; nationally certified interpreter preferred
Familiarity with interpretation industry standards and best practices
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems quickly
Ability to provide constructive feedback in a professional manner
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
