Key Responsibilities
Monitor job submissions and oversee incoming claims and documentation
Analyze property insurance claim documentation for accuracy and completeness
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the property insurance industry
Solid understanding of policy contracts and insurance regulations
Proficient in Xactimate, XactAnalysis, and XactContents software
Experience in the roofing, restoration, or construction industry (preferred)
Bachelor?s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
