Key Responsibilities
Perform financial management duties including reconciling books and generating financial reports
Oversee the operations and development of the finance department, including policy creation and budgeting
Advise colleagues and management on financial decisions and create strategic business plans
Required Qualifications
Quickbooks Certified with a minimum of 7 years of experience
Proven understanding of accounting operations and processes
Mastery in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in compliance with tax and financial reporting standards
Ability to adapt and learn in a fast-growing startup environment
