A company is looking for a Research Manager to oversee research projects related to anti-Asian American and anti-Pacific Islander racism.
Key Responsibilities
Manage research projects from scoping to release, including timelines and partnerships
Conduct research activities such as study design, data collection, and analysis
Support internal teams in leveraging research findings for advocacy and policy initiatives
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in quantitative and qualitative social science research
Graduate degree in social science, ethnic studies, public policy, public health, or a related field
Demonstrated experience in project management and partnership building
Experience with data and research tools such as R, Tableau, and Excel
Experience working with Pacific Islander and/or South Asian communities (preferred)
