A company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to manage commercial transactions and provide strategic legal guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, review, negotiate, and manage various agreements supporting global ecosystem collaborations
Collaborate with operations, marketing, infosec, and R&D teams to achieve business goals
Handle data privacy and security issues across diverse transactions
Qualifications:
J.D., LLM or equivalent degree with active bar membership in good standing
4+ years of experience as in-house counsel and at a top-tier law firm
Significant experience in drafting and negotiating business development and commercial transactions
Strong background in blockchain technology and regulatory issues related to digital currencies
Expertise in GDPR, CCPA, and related privacy regulations, including experience with Data Processing Agreements
