A company is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to support an Oracle ERP Cloud implementation project.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between the FP&A function and the ERP implementation team
Evaluate current FP&A processes for automation and efficiency gains within the Oracle ERP framework
Partner with leadership to deliver insights into system impacts on FP&A operations and overall financial performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or CPA/CFA is a plus
7+ years of experience in FP&A roles, preferably in multinational or financial services organizations
Proven track record in ERP implementation projects, with direct involvement in Oracle ERP Cloud or similar platforms
Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
Experience with Oracle EPM, Hyperion, Essbase or similar analytics tools is preferred
