A company is looking for a Senior Grants Manager to lead its Institutional Giving program.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full grant cycle for a $4M+ grants portfolio, including drafting proposals and compiling reports
Create a pipeline of prospective grantors and sponsors to grow institutional revenues
Steward institutional funders through thoughtful communication and relationship building
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience as a fundraising professional
Demonstrated success in growing a successful grants program and managing institutional relationships
Ability to see opportunities and execute creative approaches for funders
Excellent organization, prioritization, and time-management skills
Comfort with budgets and financials as they pertain to grants
