Key Responsibilities
Engage directly with clients, managing expectations and providing trusted advice
Manage project scope, sequencing activities, and ensuring high-quality deliverables
Lead team meetings and facilitate productive client interactions
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of relevant work experience
Passion for social change and knowledge of philanthropy or the nonprofit sector
Strong background in management consulting and/or project management
Experience applying equity and inclusion principles
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
