A company is looking for a Senior Process Associate for the US institutional Retirement Contact Centre.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries regarding retirement benefits via phone, taking 40-60 calls daily
Assist participants with account maintenance, plan enrollments, and provide information on retirement plans and investment options
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and assist plan sponsors with retirement plan administration
Required Qualifications
Relevant retirement call center experience
Minimum internet connectivity of 25MBPS+ and a quiet workspace for remote work
Flexibility to work shifts based on business needs
Any graduate degree preferred
Proficiency in retirement plan record-keeping systems and Microsoft Office applications
