A company is looking for a Senior Consultant - Programmatic.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert to BARDA and coordinate educational activities
Provide comprehensive program support, including analysis, writing, and editing assignments
Review and recommend improvements on documents, processes, and procedures related to BARDA operations
Required Qualifications
Graduate degree (or higher) in a related area of expertise
10-15 years of experience in the specific area of expertise
Extensive experience in FAR-based contracting and Other Transaction Authority (OTA)
Experience working with Senior Leadership and Federal/Civilian Agencies or Military Services
Knowledge of the full acquisition life cycle from Acquisition Planning through Closeouts
