Key Responsibilities: Perform system capacity analysis and planning Assist users in accessing and using Application systems Design and Implement modules within ServiceNow, such as Virtual Agent and Chat Bot Required Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree in STEM Field field plus 5 years related experience; OR 11 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree Experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow Modules Familiarity with ITIL and KCS processes Experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent and Chat Bot implementation Experience building reports within ServiceNow for operational reporting
