Key Responsibilities
Master ABACUS and provide training, technical support, and tailored solutions for customer needs
Build and manage customer relationships while addressing technical issues effectively
Work closely with clients to understand requirements and offer product-oriented guidance aligned with their business goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree, preferably in Information Technology or related fields
Technical aptitude and an ability to quickly learn complex tools
Optional: experience with programming/scripting
