Key Responsibilities Provide direct legal assistance to workers regarding employment issues related to pregnancy, caregiving, and discrimination Manage the legal helpline, ensuring timely responses and maintaining accurate records Create and update legal resources and tools for workers and support policy advocacy efforts based on helpline insights Required Qualifications and Education J.D. degree and admitted to practice law in any U.S. state 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in direct services to individuals in crisis Knowledge of employment law, particularly related to pregnancy and family caregiving Strong legal research skills and proficiency with legal research tools Fluency in Spanish or another language spoken by marginalized workers is a plus
