Key Responsibilities
Manage litigation and pre-litigation disputes across relevant jurisdictions
Develop case strategies, handle discovery, and collaborate with outside counsel
Provide legal advice to business teams to assist with litigation avoidance and risk evaluation
Required Qualifications
3+ years of legal experience
Litigation experience
Bachelor?s Degree and a Juris Doctorate
High degree of initiative and ability to make sound decisions
Demonstrated team orientation and adaptability under pressure
