Key Responsibilities
Engage public sector union trustees and leaders in blue state public pension funds
Build relationships with public officials, including state treasurers and finance staff
Create accessible materials and training content on climate finance policy for stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Experience working with labor unions in policy, research, organizing, or governance roles
Strong coalition-building, organizing, and relationship management skills
Commitment to environmental, racial, and economic justice
Financial sector knowledge is helpful but not required
