Key Responsibilities
Review Title Commitments and address title exceptions and requirements for clearance
Collaborate with borrowers, clients, and third parties to resolve title-related issues
Manage a pipeline of files and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1-5 years of experience in the real estate or mortgage industry
Working knowledge of real estate titles and closing processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
