A company is looking for a Title Examiner III.
Key Responsibilities
Examine title orders to determine title conditions and insurability based on public records
Analyze record documents to determine ownership and legal descriptions, and explain title issues to customers
Prepare accurate title commitments and assess risks and liabilities related to title defects
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum 8 years of experience in retail purchase title examination in Florida
Proficient in examining and mapping Florida metes and bounds and section land
Advanced knowledge of complex title matters including probate and foreclosure
High school diploma or equivalent; specialized training in relevant software is desirable
Minimum of four years of industry experience
