A company is looking for a Training Facilitator & Engagement Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver effective training programs, workshops, and seminars
Create and implement employee engagement strategies to improve morale, retention, and satisfaction
Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to assess employee sentiment and identify areas for improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 8 years experience in employee training, development, and engagement roles
Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools is a plus
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
