A company is looking for a Training Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard new customers and train them on using the software
Manage customer training schedules and provide ongoing training as needed
Document all trainings and assist with troubleshooting and product feedback
Required Qualifications
Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent professional experience
1-2 years of experience in software training
Self-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Patient, nurturing, and adaptable personality
Solid understanding of mathematical concepts
