A company is looking for a Transaction Manager to support the execution of commercial real estate investment sales and debt/equity placement transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate the advisor team?s pipeline of proposals and active transactions, focusing on investment sales and financing
Track and manage critical dates, production milestones, and proposal/transaction deadlines for timely execution
Serve as a liaison between advisors, internal departments, and third-party stakeholders, coordinating meetings and transaction-related activities
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years? experience in commercial real estate transactions, with a preference for Affordable Housing experience
Bachelor?s degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field preferred
Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
Experience with CRM systems, databases, and transaction tracking tools
Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and delegate effectively
