A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to help maintain strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
Answer support messages from various channels to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Lead the onboarding process for new customers and conduct training sessions
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing issues and gathering feedback
Required Qualifications
Experience in the veterinary industry
4+ years of experience in support-related roles
Proactive in resolving support requests in a fast-paced environment
Experience in a startup or small company is a plus
Bilingual and familiarity with Intercom are a plus
