Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, transforming them to a consultative selling model Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction Required Qualifications: BA/BS degree Minimum 10+ years experience in enterprise clinical solutions sales, with 5 years leading high growth sales teams in medical imaging informatics and software Demonstrated success in selling AI-based solutions and leading teams to sell directly to the C-suite in large health systems Experience in successfully selling enterprise subscription solutions and managing complex sales across various market sub-segments Ability to spend 33 to 50 of time in the field training, leading, and co-selling
