Job Description - Virtual Assistant for Mortgage Company
A company is looking for a Virtual Assistant to assist with mortgage applications and follow-up support.
Key Responsibilities:
Work directly with a stateside teammate to ensure clients receive necessary information
Prepare loan analyses and payment and closing cost scenarios
Input necessary data and documentation into CRM database
Required Qualifications:
Strong ability to handle high production stress and meet tight deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Drive, and G Suite
Experience with Encompass and Blend is a plus but not required
Experience with mortgage closings is a plus but not required
Ability to maintain accuracy and professionalism under pressure
