Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls; organize correspondence and emails
Prepare and manage databases, reports, and social media accounts
Schedule meetings, arrange travel itineraries, and manage expenses
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor?s degree preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
Experience with cloud services and technology tools
Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Two years of previous experience in administrative or customer service roles preferred
