A company is looking for a Volunteer Manager to oversee and expand volunteer efforts remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Mobilize and coordinate volunteers, ensuring they are matched to suitable roles
Develop and maintain volunteer training materials and programs
Support the growth of the alumni society and manage internship programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree preferred
At least three years of experience in volunteer management and recruitment
Experience in recruiting and managing interns
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends
Experience working with vulnerable populations is highly desired
