Key Responsibilities
Investigate and determine the extent of liability for workers? compensation claims
Manage claims by setting reserves, documenting data, and creating action plans for closure
Negotiate settlements and maintain regular contact with injured workers and employers
Required Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent combination of training/experience
Minimum of one year of workers? compensation claims handling experience
Meets all state regulatory standards regarding licensing and continuing education
Basic technical knowledge of workers? compensation claims
