A company is looking for a Workforce Retention Consultant to design a virtual workforce retention institute.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of a virtual institute focused on retention practices for women of color in engineering
Engage stakeholders to foster a community of practice and provide innovative tools for retention and advancement
Support the ongoing development of effective practices impacting the representation and advancement of women of color in the engineering workforce
Required Qualifications
Doctorate or equivalent experience (8 years or more)
More than 5 years of experience in curriculum development
More than 5 years of experience in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging initiatives
8+ years of experience in facilitation, training, and/or teaching
Experience managing budgets and working on sponsored-funded projects
