A company is looking for an Account Manager for Small Accounts (US).
Key Responsibilities
Ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction through proactive outreach and communication strategies
Negotiate and close deals for renewal, expansion, and cross-sell products to meet revenue targets
Utilize data insights to develop account plans and monitor account health for growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
Minimum bachelor?s degree in education, business, or a related field
3 years of Account Management or Sales experience with a proven track record
Experience with HMH products and services preferred
Working knowledge of Salesforce
Understanding of the K-12 education industry desired
