Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily administrative functions and manage financial records
Liaise with HR contractors and manage regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a nonprofit setting
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience
Experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks or Bill.com
Experience handling HR responsibilities and payroll portals
Experience with grant proposals and compliance tracking
