Key Responsibilities
Support the adoption of changes required by projects or initiatives
Facilitate change management activities with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Define success metrics and monitor change progress, addressing any issues
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Change Management related to Talent Supply or HCM processes
Proven experience consulting with business leaders and implementing organizational solutions
Strong consulting skills with the ability to interface with senior business leaders
Experience delivering effective plans on time and within budget
BA or BS Degree in relevant fields such as Business Administration or Human Resources
