Key Responsibilities: Respond to benefit inquiries from managers and employees Assist with administration of employee benefits plans Ensure compliance with all related laws and regulations Required Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related discipline 1+ years of relevant HR and benefits experience Familiarity with HRIS systems Knowledge of regulatory landscape including ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADAAA, COBRA and other federal and state employment laws Experience with ADP Vanatage preferred
