Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the business P&L while driving rapid growth
Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory, supplier management, and customer satisfaction
Develop and execute strategic vision in coordination with the board of directors and drive growth marketing initiatives
Required Qualifications
Deep expertise in growth marketing areas, including paid media, SEO, and retention marketing
Strong analytical and strategic skills with experience in growth modeling and funnel optimization
Proven track record of building businesses and leading high-performing teams
Experience in operational excellence at scale
Familiarity with physical product design, production, and global supply chain management is a plus
