A company is looking for a Controller to manage the end-to-end accounting process and establish a best-in-class accounting organization.
Key Responsibilities
Own all aspects of accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable and monthly close process
Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting policies for accuracy and compliance
Manage financial reporting requirements, including monthly financial statements and regulatory filings
Required Qualifications
CPA certification with experience in public accounting and a strong understanding of GAAP and audit procedures
Industry experience in managing an accounting department
Passion for delivering accurate and timely financial statements
Commitment to continuous improvement and staying current with accounting best practices
Ability to understand how accounting insights drive business decisions
